This study proposes a digital transformation framework for holistic health education by developing an automated knowledge graph that integrates art-based self-dialogue, traditional meridian bodywork, and Transactional Analysis-informed psychological reflection. Non-clinical mind-body education often relies on the tacit knowledge of experienced facilitators, including intuitive prompts, embodied observation, symbolic interpretation, and relational dialogue. While such knowledge is central to the quality of the learning experience, it is difficult to standardize, transfer, and scale across institutions, facilitators, and cultural contexts. Using the “Dialogue with the Self through Art” workshop as a practice-based case, this research identifies core instructional elements, including emotional prompts, image-making procedures, body-awareness cues, reflective questions, meridian-related concepts, and post-session interpretation patterns. These elements are structured as nodes and relationships within a knowledge graph linking participant states, educational interventions, traditional bodywork concepts, psychological reflection models, and expected learning outcomes. The framework further explores how automated extraction and scenario-based recommendation mechanisms can support facilitators in generating adaptive workshop designs for different participant needs. Rather than replacing human facilitation, the proposed model aims to transform tacit experiential knowledge into a reusable, traceable, and ethically governed knowledge asset. The study contributes to digital humanities, arts-based education, and preventive well-being by demonstrating how embodied and dialogic practices may be systematized without reducing their humanistic and relational qualities.
